This is our Cold Air Intake System for the IO 540. It has an aluminum body with stainless steel tubes.
This system is available for the 260 hp parallel valve engine as well as the 300 hp angle valve engine.
There are three versions of this system available; one for an RSA 5 Servo, one for the RSA 10 Servo in the standard location, and one for the RSA 10 Servo in a raised position closer to the engine that makes modifications to some cowlings (such as the Pitts Special) easier.
The intake kits comes with all hardware needed to install the system.
There is no need to replace your existing sump... this system fits under the stock sump and can be fitted without removing your engine.
