Cold air intake and exhaust system for the F1 and Harmon Rocket with stock cowl.
Our new 540 intake and exhaust system will fit under the stock, unmodified cowl of an F1 or Harmon Rocket! Retain the smooth looks and slippery shape while adding the benefit of cold air induction.
All bending is done in house with our own equipment.
All of our exhaust systems are made with 321 Stainless.
Each pipe is made from two pieces, a primary and secondary that slip fit together, there are no welded joints to crack.
All pipes slip fit into the collector as well, this along with a slip fit connection on every pipe ensures freedom of movement with virtually no chance of any stress cracking.
We test fit all systems with an engine and cowling to ensure a good fit with ample clearance between pipes and the sides so no cowl mods are needed, the only area where modification may be required is the exit area.
